- The Board Meeting schedule for the summer is as follows: June 12th, July 17th, and August 21st. The June 12th meeting will be held at the Town of Liberty Senior Center located at 119 North Main Street at 7pm.
FIRE HYDRANT FLUSHING
We are currently flushing hydrants throughout the Village. Water discoloration may be evident at various times during this period & you may experience low pressure. Nonetheless, the water will remain safe for use & is not a health hazard. Residents are cautioned to determine if the water is clear before washing clothes as staining may occur. Please limit household water use when active flushing operations are taking place. It may be necessary to run your cold water, afterwards, only to clear your service line of air & fine particles.
Hydrant flushing is conducted twice a year to ensure that hydrants are in working order for fire protection & to remove mineral deposits that accumulate in the water distribution system. Flushing will take place from 8am-3pm Monday-Friday & will continue until completion. Thank you!

The Village of Liberty is centrally located in the Town of Liberty and is adjacent to New York Route 17 just off exit 100 and only 90 minutes from New York City. The Village of Liberty was incorporated on September 17, 1870 and is governed by an elected Mayor and a Board of Trustees.
